The Ask my Cards blog will be entering year 17 in April 2023. Actually, my first blog was on blogger which unfortunately got deleted by moi. It is a good thing because I was ranting and raving more than teaching. 🙂 One of my most important relationships beginning 2006 was this blog. I loved writing. I loved teaching my perspective which did ruffle a few feathers along the way.
Over the years, my direction shifted to accommodate ‘life events’ like deaths, births and MIA. When I say MIA I mean I was around but was in the process of finding myself because of those deaths, births and other things. I think many of you understand this process.
With the success of YouTube vlogs I am pretty sure that will be my direction as well. Most of my previous vids are set to private. What a joke! When I watch myself it is hilarious. Don’t forget videotaping was something new back when YouTube was available to the general public. Now-a-days, you can even do live streaming. That did not exist before when I was experimenting.
I have always loved being anonymous or a behind the scenes kind of person, well, not when I was younger. 🙂 I am pretty sure I will be using a sidekick in my videos. I have wanted to do this since 1989 but on a different scale. You will understand what I mean when I announce which platform I will be using.
TikTok or reactivate my YouTube channel ??? Feedback or comments are welcome on this topic.
I would vote for youtube, tiktok has limitations, for instance a maximum duration.
Thank you my friend. Merry Christmas to you and your family. Seaqueen.
It is your choice for sure, but I have a preference for YouTube. At the moment, I do not have an account on Tik Tok and do not want to have one. As for being anonymous, there is always the possibility to only show your hands and cards on camera.
Wish you the best in this adventure!
Thank you for your comment. Good idea on the hands. 🙂 Seaqueen
Hello dear Jozefa,
my preference is 100% YouTube. Sadly, I will not be joining you if you decide on TikTok. The reason being that I do not want to Twitter, Snapchat or TikTok. Gotta draw the line somewhere.
I do consider myself a savy enough woman in her early sixties but, some places are just not appealing to me. I read all of your posts and online messages in the land of Facebook. I just like you!
Be well and have blessed, peaceful and healthy holidays.
Until we meet in the New Year of 2023,
your friend Susanne SuSa Sanner
Thank you Susanne. I think YouTube is the way to go in 2023, although, I will continue to write. Much happiness to you as well. Be well! Seaqueen
I think you should do youtube 😊
Thank you
