Chaos in a Crisis

When a crisis hits a family, it brings out the best and worst in people. Someone needs to remain calm, to delegate/arrange and schedule the many different plans that are necessary.

It is important to put your own selfishness aside and do what is a priority during the crisis, otherwise there will be unnecessary chaos, stress and possible injury to oneself.

No matter how well in advance people are prepared, when push comes to shove -someone always freaks out. Victimization and mental abuse is common between members of families during a crisis, no one is thinking clearly and everyone is lashing out at someone.

Remaining in the here and now is the best course of action.
