Lucky me, I have a bit more time to blog about my favorite passion -card systems.
The next deck I thought I would examine is Savadore Dali’s poker deck. I use it on a regular basis but haven’t posted a lot of articles about it. The cards are made in Spain and are authentic replicas of the originals. The colors are a darker pastel in nature and the scenes are great for meditation. The Dali Tarot deck is on my wish list.
I decided to use 2 cards for a simple question-answer session. The first card represents the situation and second card the probable outcome.
On behalf of a friend I asked if her financial situation would improve in 2009. It seems more and more people are feeling the stranglehold on their financial abundance. It could be the economy, could be the planetary energies and it could be the mass consciousness of believing there is lack.
9 of Clubs and Jack of Clubs

9 of Clubs- 9 bare wands or sticks are placed in front of an archway leading to a clearing behind the man and tree. On the bottom left hand corner lies a green creature, looks like a frogman. lol.
Jack of Clubs- is a finely dressed gentleman sporting a top hat and holding a large budding wand in his left hand …remind you of anything? Clubs are the Tarot wands.
Ok, as I meditate on these two cards I see the frogman reaching for a wand & then getting up off the ground to be transformed into the fine gent of the Jack of Clubs. Maybe you see something else. I’m going to go with my first impression.
There will be progress through action.
As the situation, there is potential in the imagery. Two figures are shown, the outcast and the in-cast. The financial situation is blocked currently. The person either lies there like the creature or gets past the wands going into the walkway leading to a clear blue sky.
As the possible outcome, our little froggy-man did just that. He seized one wand and did cultivate it. What do you think?
The moral of the story during financial hardship is to set one goal and overcome it. This can mean less spending or staying within budget. It can mean clearing up or minimizing at least one debt because you cannot get out of all debts instantaneously. How do things look in 2009 for the person- pretty darn good.
