4 Additional Mystical Lenormand cards

I had a question about the 4 additional cards in the Magical Mystical Lenormand deck from someone on another website I am affiliated with.  I hope this post is helpful if you have the extra cards. Thank you Caitlin Matthews for bringing this typo to my attention.

These four cards have subtle symbols which take the Lenormand cards to another level. These symbols are not the simple ones you see on the regular 36 cards.

The message I get from the cards will differ from yours. You may be more of a follower of symbolisms & maybe you just resonate with the title of the cards.

ANCESTOR

CARD 37 – Ancestor

Basically the images shows a female reading cards. In the background are shadows of people who have passed on and are not in physical form. Take a good look at the chandelier – filled with symbols.

The message I get from this card is that we use tools to gain access to the past knowledge and this knowledge is universal.

SPIRIT GUIDES

CARD 38 – Spirit Guides

Image depicts a nun and monk. In the background there is a white horse ridden by a warrior. Off to the left of the card is an Asian merchant, probably an Apothecary. Notice the butterfly by the rose tree.

The message I get from all the people in the card is that it does not matter what discipline you believe all are all part of Mother Earth.

POWER ANIMALS

CARD 39 – Power Animals

Picture of some guide animals namely, wolf, dolphin, eagle, spider, tiger, turtle. If you know anything about power animals they provide a resource to us when we cannot figure things out as humans. :)

All the animals are in their comfort zone no matter where they are situated in the card. The Sun and Moon are are in perfect rhythm of their natural cycle.

The message I get from this card is that we, too, can become empowered by listening and following the ways of animals.

ANGEL

CARD 40 – Angel

The winged angel is playing a violin and appears to be engaged in a dance. The winged lion is listening to her message. There is sense of unity with the angel and lion. In the foreground we see a cluster of crystals.

The message I get from this card is that we all can tap into the higher frequency of song and dance to become one.

moonlit love

Mystical Lenormand Moon

MOONLIT LOVE

A lot of Card Readers associate  love with the Moon.  Love can be felt very deeply by some of us.  Love is often a hidden emotion not fully realized yet.  If you are aware of  your love for a person you could be experiencing the shadows of the Moon.

Things are not what they seem under the Moonlight. Our eyes can play tricks on us. We might imagine all kinds of things and feel more intensified emotions.  Many of our loving encounters happen when the Moon is in the sky.  It’s easier to hide from the truth.

When the Moon card appears as an answer to a love question it indicates that some additional reflection is needed.   It might be time to explore your feelings a little further.  Getting the Moon card as an outcome isn’t necessarily negative. It merely means you need to discover the truth about the situation.

Mystical Lenormand in block of 9

The block of 9 is an easy Layout to learn if you remember the following basics:

  • column 1- passing influence
  • column 2 (center)- current situation
  • column 3 – near future depending what time frame you assign

The cards are read by rows as well and 2 diagonal lines which form an ‘x’ from the Lady or Gentleman card in the center of Column 2 and Row 2.

You don’t have to use a significator if you’d rather just deal out 9 cards in the block.  Each card is woven to the one preceding and following it when the trios are read.

The card which falls in the spot which would have been the Lady of Gentleman will be of great significance and the reading will revolve around it to some degree.

In the image below I used LADY to represent a female who is confused about her life direction and is in desperate need of some practical goals to work towards.

Interpreting the Mystical Lenormand trio reading

I received a message from a client who was recently shocked by some news she received from her employer.  Without telling me much details about what was going on she asked me do a short reading to see what the cards revealed.  I decided to use the Mystical Lenormand to answer her question.  I chose the  3 cards below.  Her question was whether this work change would benefit her.

Card 1- the recent past. #7  The Snake.

Queen of Clubs

Queen of Clubs

I really like the art on this card.  The snake comes across as being regal.  Notice the golden egg.  Something will be hatched soon.  The news my client received is contained within this egg.  The protective energy of the snake can be misinterpreted as deceptive.  It is shielding or hiding the golden egg. In the background we can see the sun and moon indicating Karmic balance. In the upper right hand corner is the glyph for Scorpio- the stinging news.

Card 2 – current situation.  #11 The Whip.

Jack of Clubs

Jack of Clubs

The man in the image has a big club and a whip.  The client’s experience is like getting an emotional beating from the news she just received.  You will notice several religious symbols in the background suggesting faith is under scrutiny.  I think this card is portrayed in a rather spooky manner with the bat flying by.  There are many wonderful symbols you can study in this card.  It is a very emotional depiction.  Probably the client feels like someone just dropped a bomb on her.  The Whip card is all about being forced or coerced into a situation.  It suggests being ticked off and ready to fight or argue.

Card 3 – the probable outcome.  #14 The Fox

FOX

FOX

A wonderful image of a fox.  Look at him taking a drink of water.  He looks after himself even though he has a bad reputation. The reflection of the fox in the pond suggests emotional duality.  A type of deception.  It looks like the snow is melting in the background which points to more information coming to the client.  How will the client benefit from this news with the Fox being the outcome card?  I feel that the fox is preparing for an attack and that is why he needs to replenish himself with the water.  This card is a warning for the client.  She is dealing with an unscrupulous situation or person.  The client could empower herself by using the Fox energy to fight against the news.

Often the Fox card is read to represent work not necessarily the job per se.  It means to work at something or to work something out.  As a solution card, I think the client will need to makes changes. She should  explore the opportunities which lay beyond the trees.  The mountains suggest there is hope beyond this current situation.

The Fox does not kill for fun – it kills out of need. This card means that even if she finds herself in the midst of someone else’s underhanded activities it is part of working for a corporation. When I say underhanded I mean usually changes come without warning or preparation.  And yes it sure feels underhanded when it happens.

Mystical Lenormand – Garden #20 +combinations

Mystical Lenormand -20 Garden

( some decks 8 spades)

The GARDEN card represents a successful outcome to any question.  Within this card you will find a protective influence.  Many readers of the Lenormand associate the GARDEN with meetings, gatherings and celebrations.

GARDEN offers an openness to any situation.  It can signify a public place which could be in an artistic venue.  Usually there are no real surprises connected to this card unless there are cards of surprise nearby like the SCYTHE, BOOK or WHIP.

This card works best in combination.  Although it’s core meaning is more pleasant than disruptive other stronger cards will give you additional information over and above the initial meanings.   Creativity is one of the attributes of the GARDEN card and can hint at projects which involve an artistic flavor.  There are many possibilities.  Someone could be in the ‘spotlight’.  A circle of friends and acquaintances  is strongly indicated as well.

Listed below are some combination to consider.

+FOX= a rise in your career status, promotion, getting that pat on your back you deserve, a conference/workshop.

+ANCHOR= rejection of promotion, denial of job re-evaluation, someone else gets the credit you deserve, mandatory attendance at a job related meeting, security is promised with little change.

+BOOK= traditional combo meaning is success in publications, receiving appreciation for your writing input, an award, winning a contest.

+COFFIN= best to keep your intentions to yourself, resist getting involved in a public function, visiting someone in a cemetery (funeral), your ideas for expansion are turned down

+SCYTHE= last minute cancellation of a party type situation, going to an event under pressure or force, slander and gossip.

+SUN=  social empowerment, travel connected to promotion of new business, you win the prize.

+LETTER= an apology letter, your efforts have been documented, your job evaluation leads to financial improvement.

+TREE= excellent family support and relationships, possibly a hospital, improvement in health

+MOUNTAIN= don’t even think about it- you are not invited nor welcome, going for the sake of putting in an appearance will be to your detriment-stay away.

The cards that could follow these duo combinations may alter some of the meanings and I think when you are learning combination it is best to use less than 15-20 cards in a layout.   Try the Simple Elements Layout.

4birds, 5coffin, 6lily
Commerce or business does have some disturbances but will clear up. You will get some news which puts your mind at ease. At least now you know where you stand on a sensitive issue. There will be lengthy discussion with someone who is attracted to you

Another male is prominent in your communications as well. He has always been loyal to you and you can count on his know-how to develop or solve a business idea that would require frequent short trips. This looks promising and the solutions would restore a more harmonious flow.

Tips on reading cards

First of all you will need to select a deck of cards that you resonate with and want to learn how to read. It can be one of the many Tarot decks, oracle cards or the European sibilla style cards. Take each card and look at it while you are reading the booklet that comes with it or the accompanying book. This usually can’t all be done in one session and actually it is better to divide the time up so that you remember the gist of the card.

The easiest way to remember a few core keywords is to test your memory after each section of study. Even though journals can become bothersome they are a valuable step in the process of learning. After you go through this initial process some of what you have tried to memorize will stay with you but not all of it.

Everyone is anxious to do a layout right away even when they don’t know what the cards mean in any depth. This will require that you keep referring back to the book/booklet or your own personal notes.——> Continue reading

Question about Mystical Lenormand Stork #17

Bernice comments,

“Beautiful images in this deck, but does anyone know what the little black doll in a chalice (Bottom right) in the Stork card can mean?

mlstork17.jpg

Obvious meaning would be a baby, stork/baby, but why a black doll … in a chalice?”

First of all thank you Bernice for all your comments on the various posts. You have posed an excellent question which could stir different responses hopefully from the readers of this blog.

The Mystical Lenormand stork card is associated with Aries ariesglyph.jpg the sign of House 1 in the Astrological wheel. It represents the beginning. In the Tarot system (& some Astrologers may disagree) the Ace of Cups (chalice) has been linked to the spring. Other schools of Astrological thought put the Ace of Wands as the season beginning spring-Aries. I tend to use both systems depending on which Tarot cards I use or which regular playing cards system.

This is a partial explanation. As you said the association of the baby with the Stork card is obvious. Within the cards meanings changes or movements of situations are strongly suggested as well.

It certainly would be interesting to ask Regula or Urban whether or not they had a reason for this baby to be rich in deep color. The Lady #29 card is of similar color.

First of all, my perception (without prejudice) on the shade of the doll-baby’s skin being deeper in the image is a reminder to accept “change” when it occurs- it is not always what we are accustom to experiencing. To explain the color (hue) black would necessitate the removal of all barriers of previous associations linked to black.

The reason for this is because for the most part the unknown, mysterious and negative has been linked to black. In the black, black magic, blackout etc.. However, in some cases it means prestige, class and status symbol. As a narrow view example a black tie affair, tanning, black belt..and so on.

Is there a simplistic answer? As an seasoned practitioner of various card systems, I would interpret the symbolism of the Stork as unexpected & unplanned perhaps unwanted changes. In relation to the connection to the Aries sign, I see active creative/destructive energy being triggered in the spot of the layout it falls. The card hints at a gestation period. During this process the outcome could be unpredictable.

The black doll in the chalice links the traditional meaning (baby) to the traditional symbolism of spring (aries) & love (chalice).

To determine whether certain suggested meanings resonate with you- test the cards through experimentation. We all have a myriad of insights. The relationship with each and every card becomes unique & personal for everyone.

Astro House Associations of the Mystical Lenormand -house 11,12

House 11- Dog #18

House 12- Cross #36

10-11-12-myst.jpg

HOUSE 11 comes under the ruler-ship of Aquarius. The associations of this house are connected to friendships, community, hopes & dreams. Situations are more impersonal and involve group activities.

The image shows a friendly looking dog sitting in front of a fireplace exuding with bright flames. A symbol of warmth. You can almost see the dancing fire spirits. There is a crystal ball or orb placed on the rug. Circles symbolize continuity. On the mantle you can see a crystal pyramid and 2 Egyptian Goddesses support the fireplace. The dog’s red collar is filled with gems. Connections with past or ancient groups are evident in the card.

The suggested meanings for the Dog card are friendship. A dog protects the home and it’s occupants. This card is usually seen as positive indicating trust and loyalty. The connections to the 11th house are appropriate. When you wish or have a dream to accomplish a goal- you must be faithful to your vision.

In a reading the Mystical Dog card brings with it the suggestion that a group effort may be necessary to ensure continuity. It also hints at relationships of the past.

HOUSE 12 is associated with Pisces- the sign of suffering & sacrifice, or so legend has it. The 12th house is connected to the subconscious mind. It is the hard drive holding the memories of your past. Pisces is all about Universal love. The highest expression of love- unconditional acceptance, the willingness to help those less fortunate, to give without ever expecting to get something in return. Other associations of this house are hospitals, larger institutions such as jails, libraries, universities, churches , convents, monasteries, but not limited to just those. Solitude. Some Astrologers link the limitations of Karma to this house. Self-imprisonment- as depicted by the 8 of swords in the Tarot.

The image of the Cross card is almost eerie. There is a lot of gray- symbolizing wisdom. There is a scene of a cemetery with magnificent stone statues, especially the large one right in the middle of the card. On the right side of the card you can see part of a structure built with bricks. On the side of the archway about half way up you can see a sad face (on both sides). The spiraling question mark beneath the man with the beard carved into the center cross suggests the unknown. You can see many other symbols within this card that will mean different things to everyone. The black birds welcome the soul’s return.

The traditional meanings of the Cross card has long been linked to grief, sadness, pain & suffering. It is believed we all have our own cross to bear- our fate (if you have that belief system). This card is all about how you withstand life’s little and big tests. When I read the Cross card it tells me a situation has completed or cannot move forward anymore. It suggests holding on to emotional “baggage” and not seeing beyond that.

Anytime another card is coupled with the Cross card the result is usually unhappiness in the outcome. It will hint at a point of no return, whereas with the Coffin card-new beginnings are possible.

Astro House Associations of the Mystical Lenormand -house 10

In conclusion of the first 12 cards in the Mystical Lenormand deck that correspond to the Houses 1-12, are the final three cards are the Garden #20, Dog #18 and Cross #36.

There are 12 other cards with the planetary glyphs on them and another 12 with the astrological glyphs. For example, the 3 cards that are linked by associations to the Rising House #1 are as follows:

House 1- Bear #15. Aries- Stork #17. Mars- Gentleman #28. Look at these three cards to see if you can see the relationships between them.

House 10- the GARDEN #20 10-11-12-myst.jpg

House 11 – the DOG #18

House 12- the CROSS #36

House 10 - house of your reputation, ambitions, goals, social standing, a parent, career, achievements….

Card #20 has a captivating images of a park like setting. In the center is a round pond. At the front of the card we have 2 lion-dogs ( feng shui fu dogs) guarding the path into the garden. The female is always on the left and the male on the right to ensure protection. One of the meanings of the Park card is reputation and our position in society.

The background is filled with lots of activity in front of the gazebo. There is an exotic feel to this card. See how many symbols you can find.

The suggested meanings for the Garden cards are positive and promising even though it is an 8 of spades. Creativity is the key element within this card. Social functions, celebrations and get-togethers. Being given that pat on the back.

When describing a person this card represents a friendly, highly artistic, possibly temperamental individual, artist or musician.

Other things that come under the rulership of the Park card can be large organizations where the public meets- conventions, conferences, restaurants, bars, dance club, casinos, art gallery, baseball game etc.

The tie into the 10th house is perfect because of the focus on social standing. Rewards & recognition.

Coupled with the Book card #26, success in publishing or public acclaim for artistic achievements. A writer, journalist, reporter, even court house stenographer.

House 11 coming up……….after completing another little project I’m involved with.

House 9- the SHIP #3

House 8 – the COFFIN #8

House 7 – the HEART # 7

House 7- house of your partner, significant other, marriage, relationships, close personal relationships with others, bonds, legal affairs, contracts and agreements- business.

In the image we see a large red heart surrounded by burning yellowish flames. There are 2 green pears at the bottom right of the card. A man & woman stand in their birthday suits (private parts covered) under the bulging red heart. The animals in the scene however are not in pairs but an interesting assortment. Two trees on each side of the card. The naked blond woman holds something in her hand. Is she giving it to the man or did he give it to her. Is it the apple from the Garden of Eden story? In Asian symbolism, one pear is never shared between two lovers- it represents separation. Luckily there are 2 , one for each of them. Did you know that a pear tree only produces pears every two years? Could this card suggest 2-4 years?

The suggested meanings for the HEART card are closely tied into the 7th house associations with regards to relationships based on love or business connections. Traditionally this card represent the love department, emotional bonding with another.

When the Heart card is found in another house if you are doing an Astrological wheel layout, that means Venus is adding her influence. Venus rules the 7th house of Libra. For example, when found in house 6, you could find a job you absolutely love or meet a person through your job that you end of having a relationship with.

The Heart card promises harmony within a union, unless disturbed by cards such as the Scythe, Coffin, Snake to name a few.

Astro House Associations of the Mystical Lenormand -houses 4,5,6

I will continue with an explanation for the next 3 Houses in the Astrological wheel layout using Mystical Lenormand.

456.jpg

House 4- House 4 House 5- Child 13 House 6- Anchor 35

House 4 represents family matters and the prominent parent, either the mother or father. Traditionally it is the mother because the Moon rules Cancer. It it your home, the place where you live- a farm, in the city, in a trailer, in a condo, house or castle. Real estate. 4th house depicts the “end of a matter or situation as well”.

The HOUSE #4 card, illustrated above shows a friendly looking house with a peacock on the lawn. There is a vase on the lower left side of the card. A vase holds things as does the house- it holds the family. There are 3 paths leading to the house. This gives the feeling of being welcome from any direction. The landscape is in full bloom. The peacock will hint at pride or showing off – comparable to the Art Deco Pride

The meanings of the house card are not that much different. In other Lenormand decks, the King of Cups is situated in the background suggesting the father or other male member – who is the head of the family. Seeing the House card in a reading brings a warm and safe feeling. Cards surrounding it will indicate the state of circumstances around the place you call your home. You can have a beautiful house esthetically but is it homey.

When this card shows up elsewhere in a layout it will bring with it the connections of the 4th house to some degree.

House 5 represents the creative energy. Hobbies, children, love, sports, games of chance-entertainment, art and luck. If you have a natal chart with Jupiter situated in house 5, your will have much happiness through your children, have above average creativity and a passion for sports or gambling. I think seduction fits in here as well.

The CHILD #13 is associated with matters of House 5. The obvious would be the representation of child or children. In the image, the little girl is playing on her swing. Sometimes when you get involved in your hobbies you do play in the arena of your imagination. There is an elf sitting on the ledge on the lower right hand of the card eating a strawberry. The strawberry is a symbolism of sensuality in the purest sense. Notice the little girls shoes at how curled up they are. The Fool in many of the Tarot decks has similar footwear & a little dog.

The Mystical Lenormand Child card reminds me of the 6 of cups in the Tarot and it’s connections to the past- of younger years, memories of the childhood. The Astrological sign associated with 5th house is Leo. Leo’s love to play like little children and are filled with a dramatic flair.

The suggested meanings of the Child card are all things that are in a state of development. Usually it is a fun energy. When you create a project or start a new job you are experiencing this card. The formative stage with further development depicted by adjoining cards. There is an unspoken magic within the Child card, the little girl and elf know something that you do not- it’s a secret. Not knowing where a fresh idea will take you, is the secret shared by these two.

House 6 represent work, well being (minor health situations) as well as small pets thus charity. The Virgo sign is one of exacting detail having a need for stable routine. Many people in the fields or work associated to medicine (nurses, doctors, pharmacists, drug store managers etc) will have a strong Virgo aspect.

The ANCHOR #35 is linked to house 6. In the image the anchor leans on a solid rock. The chain is not tied to anything and lies on the sand. (ground -earth). Virgo is an earth sign- practicality. If the wind where to come along the anchor would stay on the ground but the chain may rattle somewhat. This shows the adaptability of house 6, it is not fixed or rigid and neither are Virgos.

One of the suggested meanings of the pelican is charity. This card is loaded with visual clues to some of the meanings of it. In the broadest sense, when you work at your job you give away your personal free time in exchange for a paycheck. Some people are luckier than others- they love their jobs and there is really no sacrifice. In Christian symbolism the pelican was suppose to wound itself to feed it’s young. You’ve heard the expression, “my job sucks the blood right out of me”.

The meanings of the Anchor card are associated to work. You can see the link to the 6th house. It is a card that will provide security, rooting and stability. In the secondary more negative meanings, you can stick to something or someone for too long and eventually it will affect your health. Sometimes the Anchor will point to a health problem when it falls with other cards depicting well being issues. It can represent a spot or growth- but health analysis is not recommended in readings for people that you do not know well.

The Anchor card provides positive stabilizing energy to adjoining cards. One should remember though it can also be a small obstacle like the Mountain #21 card- many rocks as shown in card #35 will make the mountain.

Like I said before in other posts, you will find your own style of reading cards and at your own pace. The Lenormand cards all have traditional associations. Study the beautiful symbolism within the Mystical Lenormand – your own perception is important. For example, the elf or pelican might mean something entirely different to you.

In the image you see the cards assigned to the 12 Astrological Houses. Not shown- Another 12 cards that represent the Astrological signs and the remaining 12 cards depict the planetary ruler of the Signs & Houses. A wealth of information is contained within these glyphs over and above the suggested meanings for each house.

If you take out the following cards and place them in a circular pattern as above (more like horizontal oval) you can become acquainted with their associations in the Astrological wheel.

I will give you examples from Houses 1, 2, 3 for now.

House 1 – The Bear 15

House of the self, personality, the face that you present to the public, your physical constitution, your body.

The image of a brown bear trying to get some honey from the beehive attached to the tree. Did you notice the insect/rather a bug, on the bottom right of the card.

The suggested meanings of BEAR is power, force & strength. The father or male ruler of the family is depicted by this card as well. Within this card are secondary negative keywords such as emergency, abuse, fear, superiority and intimidation. I’ve had certain people disagree with me on the secondary keywords but I feel when power is used to gain control over someone weaker for selfish purposes- that is abuse, and that person will be in a fear mode.

If you were to interfere with BEAR while he is trying to feed himself he will take a swing at you and the force behind that paw will send you into orbit.

As a representative of the 1st house this card is associated with the vigor of your body. Many people present themselves to be more superior than they really are because they do not want others to know their weaknesses.

House 2 – The Mouse 23

House of finances, what you value, your worth, assets & liabilities.

The suggested meanings of MOUSE are loss, deterioration, eating away, eroding. Mice will eat just about anything. They are sexually active and have a musky odor- thus the suggested meaning of personal hygiene. Sewers, smelly things. Something stinks.

Our three mice are having a party in the image. A good amount of the cheese is missing. The lantern in the background is burning brightly.

In the 2nd house connections, the loss of assets or things you value is important. Sometimes we see our financial problems on paper and it still doesn’t register and it gets out of hand. The next thing we know the bills multiply as the mice do, and rapidly.

House 3 – The Letter 27

House of many topics such as communication, writing, siblings, neighborhood, transportation, short trips etc.

Some meanings for the LETTER card are news, information, replies, applications, messages etc and it can be about anything. The card next to it will tell what it is.

Our beautiful bird has a white envelope with a red seal in it’s beak. The content of the envelope holds an important message or document. Because the bird is indoors and not outside, there will be some news that may be restricting in nature.

The connections all fit in relation to the Letter belonging to the 3rd house. It’s almost as if the bird is saying, “come and get it”. The news has arrived.

If you continue studying in a similar fashion you will achieve a comfort level and relationship with the cards.

Trio draw using 3 different decks

In this example I have used the Pages of Shustah (Ann Manser), Standard playing cards and the Mystical Lenormand by AGM

Most card systems work together and the energies should be reflected within the suggested meanings of the decks.

trio-draw-070807.jpg

Starting with the Lenormand row we have #27 Letter, #33 Key and #32 Moon

The suggested brief meanings around this trio of cards is as follows in sequence

#27 – a message is coming today, the delivery of this message can be from any of the methods we are using, cell phone, email, land phone, etc. Today it will not be an actual letter because it is Sunday and there is no mail delivery. Because the letter does represent a physical piece of paper it could mean an involvement of such. There is the glyph for Gemini in the upper right hand corner which is House 3 in Astrology. House 3 is about short distance travel, all kinds of communications, siblings, neighbours and so on.

- in card #27 the Letter you have the essence of Mercury, the god of messages

#33 – this card is a sure thing, it guarantees the outcome of the energies surrounding the above message and the aspects of the next card, the Moon. In the Mystical Lenormand you can see the glyph of the Sun in the upper right and corner. The sun rules the 5th house and Leo. The 5th house includes children, creativity, hobbies, gambling, love etc.

-in card #33 the Key you have the essence of Leo, it’s about having a fun and playing as well as connections with children or childlike activities

#32 – this card has multi -levels, it has favorable energy leading to success, the glyph of Cancer is in the upper right hand corner which rules home and family and the Moon rules the sign of Cancer. The Moon is about feelings and the intuitive realm. I can rule the mother or bring out the protective nature of wanting to nurture

-in card #32 the Moon the essence is the Moon. Highly powerful card. Gut feelings are important.

These three cards point to activities involving family members where there will be a certain amount of entertainment, all in all any activities will be pleasant and have an element of joy

=======================

The standard playing cards 3 clubs, 7 of diamonds and 7 of heart suggest an element of surprise (double 7′s) and it will be a happy surprise (red is always positive for most Card practitioners). When I read regular playing cards I don’t have a set of meanings that I will use right off the bat, all though core meanings are important. I must know at least a dozen if not more systems for regular cards. No one is right or wrong. I keep what has worked for me over the many years and have my own meanings which were passed down from Aliens I think – ha-ha just kiddin.

With so much information in my head I am surprised I haven’t blown up, ha-ha. I find Blogging very theraputic.

The 3 of clubs can be equated to the 3 of wands which is all about progress and growth. The 7 of diamonds is a pentacle card represent finances and specifically money. As a 7, there is an element of incorporating external influences within it. The same goes for the 7 of hearts but the difference here is your feelings and emotions are involved. These three numbers add up to 17 which is the Star card in Tarot – a wish comes true. When added together we get 1+7=8 representing the Tarot strength which is depicted by many deck having the lion on it. The lion is the symbol for Leo ruling 5th house.

The feeling of this trio is that is a big surprise or happy event that will occur, it could involve something tangible such as money – an increase if shown, a form of abundance.

Immediately you notice 2 yellows which is positive and does represent creativity and gain. The blue card that is surrounded by the 2 yellows holds within it a positive energy as well. Three highly positive cards in color.

Lord of Concentration is about focus, that is obvious. It is about making up ones mind. What I feel about this card is the process of manifestation – it reminds me of magic. About asking the Universe for empowering a goal or concept that you want developed. To set up the circumstances so that you can receive the blessings contained with The Fishes card.

There is confirmation that something near and dear or important will come to pass – through pure chance. Or is it? The energies are already at work to set up the possible increase or expansion that is to follow depicted by The Coins. Because The Fishes is a minor wish card and is surrounded by yellow on both sides- this wish is about gain & creativity. Creativity means to remove rigid boundaries and to let loose and play. You cannot play if you have walls surrounding you, those walls limit you even though in some capacity they protect you. When I say play I mean to create.

The last card shows the potential of today ending rather well, no matter what happens. It is about increase, could be financially but this is not always the case. When you tie in the Lord of Concentration to the Coins card you see a perfect example of THE LAW OF ATTRACTION, thinking your way into abundance -whatever abundance means to you. These two cards remind me of the Magician + 7 of Pentacles in combo.

Notice that the 7 of diamonds follows The Fishes card and #33 The Key follow the 7 of diamonds. These three cards tell a story. An almost certain fulfillment of a wish connected to money.

In conclusion, the 3 different sets of cards point to similar energies. There are no negative cards. It shall be a grand day. Now in order for the materialization of any of these cards, one must get out of the house, ha-ha.
