What do the Lenormand cards reveal?
I am going to briefly interpret the 20 Lenormand cards belonging to a full board (36) reading.
The GENTLEMAN card is the significant other of the female LADY of this reading. Here we can see that he may be keeping secrets BOOK from her regarding a possible health issue TREE. It looks like he may have gotten some news LETTER in the recent past which requires some further investigation or solutions KEY. I want to read ANCHOR as something which is rooted TREE in his past and which could also involve a female STORK Queen of Hearts friend DOG.
The LADY represents the female getting the reading. The BOOK card touches both the LADY and GENTLEMAN cards and means there is something hidden from the lady which involves the male. As you can see the dark CLOUDS are ahead of her in the immediate future column. The King of Clubs is looking towards the LADY card and I want to read this as an imminent situation coming up. The RIDER is bringing some news or circumstance into the LADY’s life real soon. Maybe even within the next few days. I can’t help but think the GENTLEMAN has a strong association with this.
Is the RIDER bringing news of grief BIRDS and undue hardship CROSS? Will there be a sudden SCYTHE turn of events from a situation which was not revealed BOOK to the female?
Let’s look at the HEART card next. This card will reveal the female’s emotional situation. It looks like there will be a fated event CROSS affecting her emotions HEART which will cause her much unbalance WHIP at the beginning of this circumstance. Changes STORK are coming which could end up in a huge argument WHIP. The LILY card hints at a romantic connection which will as a result end up in a decision PATH of which way to go after this episode is brought into the open.
When the BEAR card is near the HEART it does suggest a powerful attraction. Another way to read BEAR is as a person, an older man. Many Lenormand card Readers use the HEART card to actually represent the physical heart. If you look back in the same row you can see the TREE card which does suggest health to a certain degree. For the most part ANCHOR is positive, however, it can also mean something which will not go away like a disease.
I have a gut feeling the GENTLEMAN has a health issue TREE and the extent of it is not fully known BOOK.
Let’s examine the SCYTHE card next. We all know this card can be very negative when connected to BIRDS, CLOUDS and CROSS. The only way we can read these cards in a positive way is to determine if the abrupt chaotic situation is beneficial in the long run. Short term pain long term gain.
There is no doubt in my mind the female represented by the LADY is in for quite a disturbing time over the next few weeks or months.
Those are just a few possible predictions. The cards reveal much more when you criss cross them or read just the rows or columns. Each card is a word of a sentence. When you establish the sentence you have a theme or probable prediction.
DAY 21
The influence of the CROSS did suggest suffering to a certain degree which happens when individuals are not feeling well. Today’s experience did tie in with CROSS – the end of certain medication.
The LETTER card did point to news. A rather simple outcome transpired. The news that some medications will not be administered as they were for the past 3 weeks.
Also, CROSS + LETTER represented the nurses who shared a variety of information on the side effects of certain meds which contribute to someone’s ill mood through physical suffering like nausea, etc.
One more minor event. I did go and renew the vehicle plates. That is definitely official documentation.
DAY 21
36. CROSS and 27. LETTER
This duo above CROSS + LETTER gives me an unsettled feeling.
The CROSS card on it’s own can depict hardships (“cross to bear”). This card does suggest a test of some sort. A test can be anything from an exam to an actual X-ray. I see the CROSS to signify an end or finalization but slightly different than the COFFIN card. CROSS can stir up religious feelings in you.
The LETTER card has the familiar associations with any type of correspondence. It can be quite casual without any major significance. Coupled with the CROSS card this news will be of the utmost relevance and could point to a totally new direction or outcome.
Often the LETTER card represents official documentation like medical release forms, insurance related topics and even job rejection notifications. This can mean just about anything. It really depends on the card(s) next to it.
The Simple 6 card layout is used to illustrate the question. Male B. is the seeker of the Lenormand session. Layouts need not be complicated- keep it simple. You can replace the past, present, future rows with other identifications, such as, decision made/results of decision/how will my decision affect me…. and so on.
PAST- top 2 cards. LETTER + CROSS
27. LETTER – Covers a vast amount of areas –the written word. Easy enough to figure out by looking at the nearby cards. News, announcements, memos etc. Coupled with the BIRDS card juicy gossip. With the PARK card an invitation to a gathering or party. Near the CROSS card- disturbing news. When the SCYTHE & COFFIN cards are involved – obituary.
36. CROSS – A test. Related to Karmic situations. It’s a sure thing. In the positive aspects of this card there is a promise of completion. Describes something important. Coupled with the HOUSE card- negative news approaches regarding a family member. With the Moon card –profound thoughts. Near the SHIP card- a trip out of necessity.
.B received some important news in the recent past regarding his question about marriage. It appears as though there has been a final commitment (CROSS)or some type of resolution which has put an end to the many questions in his mind. Maybe the wedding invitations (LETTER)were just sent or an appointment has been made with a religious official. The CROSS card can represent a church as well.
PRESENT- middle 2 cards. HEART + ANCHOR
24. HEART- The positive emotional level, however it is influenced greatly by surrounding cards. The love department in a person’s life. Good cards nearby reinforce the strength of feelings contained within. Affection, caring. As a person (Jack of Hearts) suggests a romantic or potential love interest. Coupled with the GENTLEMAN card will describe a love-filled individual. Near the CROSS card- a Karmic affair with a fated feeling. With the DOG card-doesn’t get much better –utmost loyalty in love.
35. ANCHOR – What you do for a living. Strengthens neighboring cards so that there is more security. Finding the target or goal. As a characteristic, someone who is dependable. Coupled with the WHIP card will indicate 2 jobs. With the MOUSE card –loss of position.
.In the current state surrounding B there is a strong suggestion that love is here to stay. The ANCHOR card reinforces the power of the love within the HEART card. There still is some work (ANCHOR) to do and that is understandable as there is a wedding to plan.
FUTURE- bottom 2 cards. LADY + HOUSE
29. LADY- Female seeker of cards. The partner of the male getting the reading. When the GENTLEMAN & LADY cards fall in the “now” spot the suggestion is that these 2 people will see each other (if living apart) or be caught up in an important situation. Coupled with the MOON card- an emotional personality. .These two cards are suppose to answer the question. Lucky for B, his special LADY falls in the future spot. This is a very good omen as far as “people showing up in the future”. She is thinking about wanting a family (HOUSE) and all the wonderful things that go along with that. Her feelings of love a deep and unwavering. It looks like daddy (King of Cups) will lend a helping hand in all the preparations to come. Often parents do not or can not participate in a wedding. Yes it looks affirmative for B to get married.
