This particular Zigeuner Wahrsagekarten deck has 6 languages on it, the cards are not individually numbered either. Traurigkeit, Tristesse, Tuga, Sadness, Tristezza, Szomorusag.
This is card #5.
It reminds me of the 2 of swords in Tarot.
The lady in the image is grieving or holding on to some negative emotions. The rose in her right hand looks like it could slip through her fingers. She does not see the rose’s beauty, she is looking downward and her eyes could even be closed. Her emptiness resonates throughout the card. Has she given up?
Traurigkeit, Sadness, Tuga, Tristezza. This deck was picked up at a garage sale, no box but it looks very much my old numbered deck, however three of the languages are different.
