Yes I agree it is best to keep the "snake person" as a ally. Someone once said keep your friends close and your enemies even closer. :) I find that the regular playing suit meanings of the cards are in contrast with the traditional meanings of the Lenormand. I like to merge the two together and come up with a little bit of this and a little bit of that. Of course, that doesn't always work when taken with the remainder of the cards in a layout but it is fun exercise in stretching the psychic boundaries.
