THOUGHT card

I think it is best to keep the meanings as simple as possible, initially when interpreting the Sibilla type cards such as these two decks. The more complicated and in-depth your “potential meanings” list is, the harder it will be to arrive at a quicker analysis. As a beginner, it is better to understand one or two meanings that you have assigned to the cards.
This card will mean something entirely unique to you. If you look at the Art Deco card (first image), you might get the impression the person has writers block. He could also be studying for his exam. Maybe he is a bookkeeper? The possibilities are endless. In the second image the feeling of the card is different. He just got news and is pondering on it. Or news has come with a job proposition…and so on.
No matter which card of the deck you are studying, the meaning will be personal to you. These cards are not the Tarot, in that there is a structured story behind them.
Collectively we would all agree that the THOUGHT card means,”thinking about“.Following the older Gypsy tradition I have listed some suggestion below for the married & single person.
If you are married, living together or in a committed relationship….Financial questions: indication of many material worries over debts and other money related issues.Romantic questions: there is evidence of suspicion and jealousy which preoccupies the person’s mind.Work related question: there is a dilemma surrounded by indecision. A choice needs to be made.Surprise element: someone at a distance is planning to visit you, unexpectedly.
If you are single, with no committed relationship…..Romantic questions: don’t count on the person you are seeing for anything long term. Not much action in this area.Work questions: you are being considered for a new position or job. There is much competition.Financial questions: indicates that there may not be adequate funds to enjoy life satisfactorily.Surprise element: you may have to wait a very long time to make a connection.
