I own the professional version and it is absolutely incredible but unfortunately it is not totally Mac friendly but can be used on a Mac Tiger which is Windows friendly too-

MacTarot 2.0 is released. This is now a universal binary which means it runs on both PowerPC and Intel Macs. A Windows version is also now available for download. With versions for the Mac, PC and Web anyone can use and enjoy MacTarot.
